Serving Opportunities
We're offering 2 opportunities to serve the community during this crisis:
Common Ground Free Store Food Donations:
CGFS is providing groceries to families in need. We’ll provide you with the list of groceries to purchase or you can donate $25 and we'll organize volunteers to do the shopping.
Sewing Masks:
Calling all sewists! Masks are needed for hospice workers, dentists, pharmacies and veterinarians so the manufactured masks can go to the medical staff on the front lines. We have a pattern for the masks – you can use your own supplies or we will provide them.

Consider donating blood, the Red Cross is experiencing a severe shortage due to the coronavirus outbreak. Contact them directly at: 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
Have some love to give a shelter dog? The Franklin County Dog Shelter is offering extended fostering opportunities while families are at home. View the information and sign up genius to make an appointment to visit the shelter https://dogs.franklincountyohio.gov/ . This is a great opportunity for you to give love and attention to a dog in need and create an opportunity to teach children how to care for animals.
