Why small groups?
"Those baptized devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers" Acts 2:42
Small groups have a simple purpose to bring people together in Jesus Christ. Meaningful relationships can be hard to find, and that's why Pathways small group ministry exist to make authentic Christ centered relationships relevant and accessible to you.
What is a small group?
Small groups: Meet regularly together (typically every other week)
Discuss questions about how our faith applies to our life
Grow in fellowship together through Christ centered community
Live out our faith together through service opportunities
Share meals together (sharing dinner together is also encouraged dependent on what time you meet)
Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 30 from 4-6pm and join us and our Pathways groups to learn more about our small group ministries at All Shepherds.
We have women’s groups, family groups, intergenerational groups and more. Pathways is rooted from the scripture, Acts 2:42 “The disciples devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” All small groups meet monthly, around food, a Bible study and prayer.
Pathways is a great way to deepen our faith and strengthen our relationships with our faith family. Come Sunday, Sept. 30 to learn more about this ministry and join a group this year. Food and childcare are provided! Please contact the church office for more information.
