Reverend Craig Richter

Ordained to the ministry of word and sacrament on July 10, 2004, Reverend Craig Richter served in the mountains of West Virginia during his first eight years of pastoral ministry. He accepted the call to serve as the fifth pastor of All Shepherds Lutheran Church in June 2012 and has served here the past three years. Utilizing his spiritual gifts in leadership, strategic and administrative development, he commits himself daily to sharing the good news and making disciples of the good news.

Pastor Craig cherishes spending his free time with his wife and their three children. His wife and he love hiking, traveling, watching movies and raising their children. Rebekah, their eight year old daughter, loves little children, horse riding, reading and spending time with friends. Nathanael, their six year old son, is enthused about music, numbers, reading and sports. Jonathan, their one year old son, cherishes babbling, laughing, spending time with his parents and walking.

Time alone for Pastor Craig involves attending sports events, running and serving the community. He is an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan since he was born in Omaha, Nebraska. (We forgive him for that). He enjoys running races when time allows. He also finds joy tutoring math at his children's elementary school and serving on the Olentangy Local Schools Attendance Boundaries Committee.
